Our table policy will help define your expectations during a Ham Holiday event. Table rental is $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Electric service is available for an additional $5 per socket. You can rent tables online, at the door, or by mail.
Table Assignment
Tables will be assigned when full payment is received. We allocate tables on a first-come, first-served basis. We take table reservations by mail in the order the postman hands them to us.
If you want a table next to a buddy, please make your reservations together and note that these are together. If you have a request for a specific table or area, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We group tables with electrical service. Your group tables must either have or do not have electric service.
Table size is either 2′ x 6′ or 2′ x 8′. The exhibition hall tables will be assigned first, beginning with the largest tables. We assign hallway tables after the exhibition hall. Club and other organization tables will be in the hallway north of the exhibition hall.
Admission Ticket Required
The purchase of a table does not include admission to the event. To be permitted access, you must also purchase a ticket to the Ham Holiday. You can buy tickets online or at the door.
Tables Are Limited
We will resell tables that are not claimed by Saturday’s opening time, and you will forfeit your rental payment to CORA. If you are going to arrive late on Saturday, you must include that information in your reservation to avoid losing your table and your rent.
Sign Up List
To avoid congestion at the door, CORA reserves the right, but has no duty, to create a signup list at the show of those who arrive after the setup time.
Access Time and Wristbands
Table set up will begin at 10:00 am on Friday and 7:00 am on Saturday. There will be no admission to the facility before these times. Vendors and table renters will be issued distinctive wristbands at check-in and must wear these for access before opening.
Security
Security personnel will be in the area, but CORA is not responsible for the security of the exhibitor’s property.
Open flames, portable propane tanks, cooking grills, stoves, gasoline motors, and other potential hazards are prohibited, nor are loud music, noises, or announcements.
